Executive Director
Anne Connolly
Anne is a resident of Parker and has two children in DCSD schools. Anne holds a Masters in Social Work, and has over 20 years experience working in schools and communities. Prior to working with the Douglas County Youth Coalition, Anne was a Lead with the Health Wellness and Prevention team in DCSD; in this role she focused on prevention efforts in schools, including substance misuse, suicide, and dating violence. Anne has experience implementing Restorative and Trauma Responsive practices and is a certified Sources of Strength regional trainer. Anne believes in an upstream approach to prevention and in the power of community connection in building healthy environments to support our youth.
Coalition Coordinator
Curtis Hanock
Curtis has over 25 years of community mobilization and youth public health experience at the local, state, and federal levels. His work has focused primarily on the prevention of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use/abuse. In these roles, Curtis has amassed extensive experience in working with urban, rural, and frontier communities in Arizona, Missouri, and Colorado.

Before accepting the position as the Douglas County Healthy Youth Coalition Coordinator, Curtis served as a Prevention Specialist/Project Coordinator at the Colorado Department of Human Services/ Office of Behavioral Health, where he oversaw over twenty-five community grantees focused on reducing the impact of substance use/abuse.

Curtis holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and is a Certified Prevention Professional.

Megan Tran
Megan is a 16-year resident of Castle Pines, CO. She has worked for DCSD for the past five years. She has worked as a Counselor for Prevention at Cresthill Middle School in Highlands Ranch, providing substance abuse prevention, mental health support, and organizing district-wide engagement and educational opportunities for parents in Douglas County. She currently works as the McKinney Vento Coordinator, supporting students and families experiencing homelessness in Douglas County.
As the parent of 3 teens, she truly understands the need for a strong coalition and community-wide involvement to promote healthy lifestyles and positive social messaging to both the youth of Douglas County and their caretakers. Megan is passionate about restorative practices, promoting compassionate communities, educating our youth on substance use, and breaking the stigma around mental health issues.

Andi Houdek
Andi is an Air Force veteran who has lived around the world, raising three daughters in South Korea, Japan, and Germany (among other places). She and her family settled in Colorado in 2004 and have no plans of ever leaving. She went back to school in 2013 and earned her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University, and currently has a private practice in Parker. Her approaches include Narrative Therapy, Sandtray, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Trauma Dynamics (a somatic intervention).
Andi is living her dream helping families, adolescents, couples, and individuals with their life journeys. She has worked with WINGS (Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Trauma), and at Denver Springs Behavioral Hospital as their outpatient family therapist working closely with high-risk adolescents and their families.
